Requirements For Return
- The time since the Houzer shipped date cannot exceed 45 days.
- Products must be in new and saleable condition.
- Products must be approved for return by Houzer before sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and ineligible for credit.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be shipped back to the approved Houzersink.com warehouse. Houzer does not offer a physical drop-off option.
- The customer is responsible for a restocking fee of 25% of the product price.
